Looking to join a team?

You love doing clinical work, you love helping your clients come to those “AHA” moments where they begin to understand what is beneath their behavior and choices and assist them with becoming better versions of themselves.  You want to help teens, women, young adults, and maybe couples gain insight and confidence to live more emotionally healthy lives. Maybe you have a niche that you'd love to bring to us!

You’ve considered joining a group private practice for a long time, but you’re worried about being overworked, underpaid, underappreciated and don’t want the hassles of billing and insurance. You don’t want the burden of running the business end of a private practice. You want to be part of a team in a supportive and warm learning environment. You considered one of these big companies that do credentialing and billing for you, but don’t want to be lonely in the therapeutic work, you want to collaborate and learn from colleagues, learn in supervision, and want a warm, cozy office to go into to see clients. You want to be part of a team who values you, to have a say in the types of clients you work with, and to manage your own schedule.

Great news!  You've found the right place to join a wonderful team of compassionate and fun therapists! Read on to see if we're the right fit for you.

Info about our practice:

Healing Connections Counseling Center, LLC is a growing group psychotherapy practice located in Ramsey, NJ that provides psychotherapy services to individuals ages 11 & up.  We are looking to add dedicated, empathic, and open-minded clinicians, who are licensed in the State of New Jersey as LSW’s, LAC’s, LCSW’s, or LPC’s, to our supportive practice. Provisionally licensed therapists will receive FREE supervision to work toward clinical hours for licensure. While our clients range in ages from 11 and up, we like our clinicians to have a say in the ages and types of clients with whom they work.  Client issues vary, but may include (but are not limited to) anxiety, depression, bi-polar, adjustment difficulties, relational difficulties, school aged issues, substance issues, eating disorders, transitional issues, etc.

What we value:

We consider ourselves a very warm, inviting team of creative, fun, and open-minded therapists with a wide array of talents. Some of us even had former careers before we fell in love with this important work we do that add to a cool learning environment. We respect and value each other and are able to be vulnerable and learn from each other. We are excited to meet you and work together to provide quality, life changing therapy to clients and their families in our community.
